ENT Consultant

An opportunity is available for an experienced ENT Consultant to join a leading outpatient service in London, delivering specialist Ear, Nose and Throat consultations within a modern, patient‑centred clinical environment. This role offers clinical autonomy and flexibility for a motivated consultant who values high‑quality care delivery supported by excellent infrastructure and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You’ll manage a steady flow of ENT referrals, focusing on accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient satisfaction in a setting equipped for both consultations and minor procedures. This position is ideal for consultants seeking to balance professional excellence with work‑life flexibility alongside existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive ENT outpatient clinics including history taking, examination, and diagnosis
• Provide expert clinical advice and develop evidence‑based treatment plans
• Perform minor ENT procedures where skilled (nasendoscopy, ear microsuction, myringotomy)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient pathways and outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical records compliant with CQC and governance standards

Requirements:

• GMC registration with licence to practise
• Right to work in the UK
• CCT / CESR or equivalent consultant-level experience
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Commitment to high standards of patient care
• Must be on the Specialist Register
