A Primary Care Network (PCN) in Luton, strategically located in the heart of Bedfordshire and serving diverse, fast-growing communities with a strong emphasis on innovative and accessible primary care, is seeking newly qualified ARRS GPs for an exciting entry level role. This opportunity is meticulously tailored for GPs who have qualified within the last two years and have not yet held a substantive post, providing a nurturing, low-pressure launchpad into flexible locum work that builds practical experience at an attractive £600 per day rate. Work alongside seasoned ARRS colleagues in a collaborative environment prioritising patient-centred care, professional development, and seamless integration into modern PCN operations, helping you transition confidently from training to independent practice.

Requirements:
