Assistant psychologist

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Psychologist to conduct psychological screenings using AQ50, EQ40, RAADS-R, and Catch-Q. This Brighton based role, with nationwide remote options, offers the chance to support both NHS and private healthcare services. As an Assistant Psychologist, you will contribute to the early identification of neurodevelopmental and psychological conditions, producing structured reports that directly inform personalised care plans. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, supporting patient care delivery and service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, score, and interpret AQ50, EQ40, RAADS-R, and Catch-Q screening tools

• Analyse results and produce clear, structured reports for clinical teams

• Support patient referrals, triage, and personalised care planning

• Collaborate effectively with psychologists, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

• Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or related discipline

• Knowledge of psychological assessments and screening tools

• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills

• Clinical or research experience preferred
