Gastrointestinal Physiologist – Inverness, Scotland

An excellent opportunity for a skilled Gastrointestinal Physiologist to deliver a comprehensive range of GI physiology investigations within a well-supported, modern clinical environment.

Key Details:

• Predominantly midweek sessions, with optional weekend work available
• £110–£150 per hour
• Accommodation provided
• Candidates must be on the Specialist Register

Core Tests:

• Oesophageal manometry
• 24-hour pH monitoring
• Anorectal manometry
• Hydrogen breath testing

Additional Tests (as required):

• Endoanal ultrasound
• Pelvic floor biofeedback

Patient Cohort:

• Primarily adult patients
• Small paediatric caseload (approximately 5–10 patients per annum)
