About the Position:

• Full-Time/Locum role available with flexible hours
• Up to £70,000 per annum – D.O.E.
• Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
• Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working

Ideal Candidate:

• Independent Prescribers needed
• Must be registered with GPhC
• At least 2 years’ UK experience in community
• Confident managing vulnerable patient groups
• Essential knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions
• Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
• Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of general practice workflows
