OOH GP

Your work will involve a mix of telephone triage, base consultations, and the occasional home visit, depending on service demand. This role is ideal for GPs seeking flexibility, variety, and independence, while still benefiting from a supportive multidisciplinary team environment and established clinical governance structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct urgent face-to-face and telephone consultations with patients of all ages.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of minor injuries, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions.
• Work autonomously and make confident clinical decisions, with access to senior clinical support when required.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and seamless communication with patients’ registered GP surgeries.
• Contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred out-of-hours care in line with NHS standards.
