Ideal Candidate

• Independent Prescriber with CPPE Pathway qualification
• Must be GPhC-registered
• At least 1 year of experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting
• Confident managing complex and vulnerable patient groups
• Strong clinical knowledge of acute and long-term conditions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
• Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-based environment
