The Role

• Ad hoc locum position offering flexibility
• 10-hour shifts
• £35-£40 per hour DOE
• Flexible start date to suit your availability
• Take the lead on structured medication reviews and contribute to patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate closely with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary clinical teams

About You

• Qualified Independent Prescriber with CPPE certification
• At least 1 year of UK pharmacy experience
• Confident managing complex and vulnerable patient populations
• Proficient in System One
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Good understanding of general practice systems and workflows
