We are recruiting for a Family Psychotherapist near Bristol to join a compassionate team delivering specialist systemic therapy, psycho-educational sessions, and family interventions for eating disorder inpatients and general psychiatry outpatients. You’ll conduct specialist assessments, implement psychologically-based care plans, and offer Day Care Therapy appointments in a beautiful parkland hospital setting. Perfect for clinicians building expertise in this specialist area (no prior eating disorders experience required, though advantageous).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist assessments and systemic therapy for individuals, families, carers, and groups
  • Implement psychologically-based care plans across inpatient and outpatient services
  • Offer Day Care Therapy appointments with no line management duties
  • Flexible working in beautiful parkland hospital setting

Requirements:

  • UKCP registration (College of Family, Couple & Systemic Therapy)
  • MSc in Family Therapies
  • Experience in inpatient/outpatient mental health (one-to-one, family/group work)
  • Eating disorders experience advantageous
