Consultant Psychiatrist CAMHS

Join a well-established mental health service near Solihull as a Consultant Psychiatrist (CAMHS). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Consultant who thrives within a multidisciplinary team and wants to focus on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care for children and young people. The service offers immediate patient flow, so there is no need to build a caseload from scratch, and you can start seeing patients straight away in a supportive, low‑admin environment.

Position Overview

• £155,000-£165,000 per annum (DOE)
• Flexible hours and days to support work life balance
• Assess, diagnose, and treat young people with a range of mental health conditions
• Work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary CAMHS team
• No admin burden
• Immediate patient flow with existing caseload ready from day one

Requirements

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise
• CCST / CCT (or equivalent) in the relevant area of Psychiatry
• Enhanced DBS clearance
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
