ADHD Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to oversee a well-established ADHD service in South West London. This role is ideal for a Consultant Psychiatrist, SAS / Specialty Doctor, or GP with Extended Role (GPwER) who has substantial experience in ADHD assessment and management, and is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care while leading a multidisciplinary service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the ADHD service
• Conduct and supervise ADHD assessments, diagnoses, and treatment reviews
• Support service improvement and development of clinical protocols
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and GPs for integrated care

Key Requirements:

• GMC registration with a licence to practise
• Experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist, SAS / Specialty Doctor, or GPwER
• Proven expertise in managing ADHD (Autism experience desirable)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based practice
