We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our client in Derbyshire, delivering expert psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments within a well-established adult mental health service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnoses
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans
• Collaborate with MDTs including psychologists, nurses and social care
• Manage adult patient caseloads across mental health services
• Lead rehabilitation programmes and complex case management
• Provide clinical supervision to junior medical staff
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement
