Duties:

  • Conduct psychological assessments for new referrals and create tailored therapy plans.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Manage a caseload of adult clients, maintaining reviews and clear communication.
  • Provide clinical input and supervision within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and reports in line with clinical standards.
  • Contribute to audits, research, and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical or Counselling).
  • Proven experience working in adult mental health within outpatient, inpatient, or private settings.
