Gastrointestinal Physiologist – Scotland

Location: Highland Region, Scotland
Schedule: Predominantly midweek, with optional weekends
Rate: £110 – £150 per hour (plus accommodation available if required)

This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver a wide range of GI physiology investigations in a well-supported, modern clinical environment.

Key Details:

• Predominantly midweek work, with optional weekends available
• £110 – £150 per hour
• Accommodation available
• Ideal candidate must be on the Specialist Register

Core Tests Required:

• Oesophageal Manometry
• 24-hour pH Recording
• Ano-Rectal Manometry
• Hydrogen Breath Testing

Additional Tests (as required):

• Endo-anal Ultrasound
• Pelvic Floor Biofeedback

Patient Cohort:

• Primarily adults
• Small number of patients under 18 years (approximately 5–10 per annum)
