Registered Veterinary Nurse – Interest in Schudule 3 Procedures

We are lucky enough to be working with a well-established veterinary practice in Morden, dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and animals. With modern, fully equipped facilities, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of veterinary care. Due to growth and development within our practice, they are now seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with a keen interest in Schedule 3 procedures to join our team.

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of clinical nursing and supporting our veterinary team. With a special focus on Schedule 3 procedures, you will be involved in:

• Assisting in and performing Schedule 3 procedures, including neutering and other minor surgical procedures (with appropriate training and support).
• Monitoring anaesthesia and assisting in surgery.
• Providing high levels of nursing care to inpatients and outpatients.
• Performing diagnostic tests, including blood work, and assisting with imaging procedures.
• Supporting the veterinary team with consultations and client education.
• Assisting with the daily running of the practice and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records on all patient care.

About You:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled RVN who:

• Holds a valid qualification and is registered with the RCVS.
• Has a strong interest in Schedule 3 procedures, with previous experience or a willingness to learn.
