About the Position:

• £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Permanent position – Full-Time/Part-Time flexibility available
• Responsible for acute requests, medication reviews, prescribing
• Involves patient-facing reviews (telephone or in-person)
• Required to act on MHRA alerts and discharge summaries
• Collaborative working with GPs, nurses, and wider healthcare teams
• Flexible start available

Essential Requirements:

• CPPE – Primary Care Pharmacy education is desirable
• Must have Independent Prescribing qualification along
• System 1 experience
• Relevant Undergraduate degree in Pharmacy is required
• Previous experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist in a General Practice
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
