An exciting role is available for a qualified pharmacist with independent prescribing credentials. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient care within a supportive, primary care setting.

About the Position:

• Fixed-Term role – Maternity Cover
• £54,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Conduct structured medication reviews and clinical support
• Collaborate with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary team

Ideal Candidate:

• Independent Prescriber & CPPE qualification essential
• System One experience
• Must be registered with GPhC
• At least 2 years’ UK experience in GP or primary care
• Confident managing vulnerable patient groups
• Essential knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions
• Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
• Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of general practice workflows
