This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and motivated prescribing pharmacist to join a forward-thinking and highly regarded team.

About the Position:

• Part-Time or Full-Time – flexible working days available
• £32 per hour
• Lead on structured Inhaler & Medication reviews along with patient safety
• Partake in Script processing and Hypertension monitoring
• Ability to perform BP & BMI checks
• Scope for ongoing professional development
• Available to start from March 2026

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Independent Prescriber (essential)
• Previous Primary Care experience
• Proficient with SystemOne
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
• Sound knowledge of general practice operations and systems
