Consultant Geriatrician

Are you a Consultant Geriatrician on the Specialist Register looking for a fixed term locum opportunity this summer?

We are recruiting an experienced Consultant Geriatrician for an 18 May to 16 August 2026 contract, offering competitive rates and the opportunity to work within a supportive and well-established clinical team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care across inpatient wards and outpatient clinics
• Manage complex elderly patients with multiple comorbidities
• Provide specialist input for dementia and memory-related conditions (memory clinic experience desirable)
• Treat and manage Parkinson’s disease and other age-related conditions
• Support acute medical services involving frailty and elderly care
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• GMC registration with inclusion on the Specialist Register in Geriatric Medicine
• Strong clinical background in both inpatient and outpatient geriatric medicine
• Right to work in the UK
