OOH and CAS GP

We have ongoing opportunities for GPs to work across Out of Hours and Clinical Assessment Services in Hull. The role offers a varied caseload covering remote assessment, urgent consultations and care navigation.

Position details:

• Provide clinical advice through telephone triage
• Assess and treat patients during onsite sessions
• Manage minor illness and urgent primary care presentations
• Arrange prescriptions, referrals and follow-up care
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary services
