Pharmacy Technician

A well-established pharmacy near Telford is inviting applications for a Pharmacy Technician (ACT).

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and accuracy-focused Pharmacy Technician to join a community-rooted team in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Time/Part-Time role available
• Up to £35,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Conduct accuracy checks in accordance with GPhC and NHS regulations
• Support dispensing processes, ensuring safe labelling and packaging
• Maintain complete and compliant prescription records
• Proactively identify and report any prescription discrepancies
• Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives
• Stay current with industry regulations and continuing professional development
• Flexible start available

Ideal Candidate:

• NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent per GPhC standards)
• GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician
• Demonstrated experience in accuracy checking within a UK pharmacy setting
• Detailed knowledge of UK pharmacy procedures and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
