Psychotherapist

We are recruiting for a Psychotherapist to join a leading private mental health and addiction rehabilitation service in Orpington. You’ll deliver evidence-based CBT and integrative therapies to adults with a range of mental health and addiction-related needs, working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Provide short- and longer-term therapy according to patient needs.
• Facilitate psychoeducation and relapse-prevention groups.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with service policies and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to risk management, case reviews and service development.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Recognised therapeutic qualification, with a minimum Level 5 Diploma.
• Full professional registration and accreditation with BABCP, BACP or UKCP.
• At least three years’ post-qualification experience working with adults in mental health settings.
