Addictions Therapist

We are recruiting an Addictions Therapist in West Bridgford to join a compassionate multidisciplinary team delivering specialist, therapy-led support for adults experiencing substance and behavioural addictions. The service provides a calm, supportive environment focused on helping clients achieve meaningful and sustainable recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions
• Conduct comprehensive clinical and risk assessments
• Develop and review personalised treatment and recovery plans
• Facilitate psychoeducational and relapse-prevention groups
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and collaborative care planning
• Promote a safe, person-centred and recovery-focused environment

Key Benefits:

• £31,930.00 – £36,050.00 p/a (Unaccredited)
• £39,140.00 – £45,320.00 p/a (Accredited)

Requirements:

• A relevant professional qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, psychology or a related discipline
• Registration or accreditation with a recognised professional body, such as the HCPC, BACP etc
• Significant experience within addiction or substance misuse services
• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy
